At Ho Ho Ho!, we want you to love your Christmas decorations. If something isn't quite right, we offer FREE returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at +1 819-349-0403 so we can make it right — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days of us receiving the returned items. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
