Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and their prices as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color or appearance may occur. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or there is a pricing error. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is due at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted checkout.
Shipping and pickup
Orders ship from our warehouse in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, with delivery in 2–4 business days. Local pickup is also available at our store address above — we'll notify you when your order is ready. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and refunds
We offer FREE returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days of receiving the return. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOHOHOE is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.
